01. What security measures do you use to guarantee payments by credit card?
The confidentiality of the data of your credit card in the realization of the payments is fully guaranteed. Payments made through Visa / Mastercard / American Express / PayPal are made by encrypted SSL 128 Bit protocol with secure servers. Your data is not stored on our server.
02. What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives?
If you are not at home when the transport company makes the delivery of your order, you will leave a note in the mailbox indicating that they have gone to make the delivery and in the note will be specified a reference number.You can call the transport company and arrange the day and time for a second delivery or you can go yourself to pick up the package at the nearest carrier´s office. For security reasons all our shipments need to be signed by the recipient.
03. What if, when the order arrives, I do not like the product?
If once received the product you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to return it or to change it.Returns are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition for sale and in its original packaging.
04. Can you make deliveries during the weekend?
Unfortunately, we can not make deliveries during the weekend.
05. Do you ship internationally?
No, only shipments are made in the peninsula and Balearic Islands.
06. How do you ship the products?
For domestic shipments we use a next-day delivery service with MRW.
